The quality is so much better than I could possibly get from a supermarket or a local butcher, and the weights are exactly what they proclaim to be. On this batch I took 2kg of a very fatty end and made biltong....the cure for especially the fat was perfect and the taste incredible,

Have been buying meat this way for over a year now, and not once been disappointed. The lamb is excellent, not like local meat that is mostly tasteless and very expensive.

Have been buying meat this way for over a year now, and not once been disappointed. The cuts sometimes are a bit lean but even then they are still better than what I would get here. The majority of the time the cuts are well marbled and I cannot describe how tasty and tender they are.
