Delicious - I devoured!
Very well packed. The insulation bag and ice packs kept the meat frozen. I kept one pack out to eat that day and the rest went into my freezer. Arrived quickly via DHL. I am so pleased to have found somewhere to buy beef/ox liver - it is such a good food containing the best minerals and vitamins, and some that are only present in beef liver. It's strange that no supermarkets sell it and even the good butchers I have found only sell calves liver, which is very expensive. We used to eat beef liver and bacon regularly when I was a kid (I am 70 now) and eating beef liver again brings back the best childhood eating memories. Thank you so much. I will definitely be ordering from you again.
