A traditional option for Christmas, our flavourful sirloin roast is perfect for roasting, resting and carving thinly. In Ireland, it's common practice to take thin slices of Sirloin and warm them in gravy before serving with traditional roasties and veg.
Exclusively from our grass-fed Irish beef, born and reared locally here in Ireland and aged for a minimum of 21 days in our specially designed maturation chamber to intensify flavour tenderness.
