A traditional option for Christmas, our flavourful sirloin roast is perfect for roasting, resting and carving thinly. In Ireland, it's common practice to take thin slices of Sirloin and warm them in gravy before serving with traditional roasties and veg.

Exclusively from our grass-fed Irish beef, born and reared here and aged for a minimum of 21 days in our specially designed maturation chamber to intensify flavour and tenderness.

Quite simply the best roast beef I have ever tasted.Slow cooked on BBQ and pulled off geat at 50°,rested for an hour and a beautiful medium rare result.Meat was buttery tender and the star of the show on Christmas day.Second order from Idevour ( first was a 2kg ribeye ) and the difference in flavour and quality from anything I have had before is incredible, highly recommend 👍🐮🍴😋
