Everything arrived still really chilked vall tge ice packs were still frozen, which is amazing considering it travelled gete from ireland. Mystery meat box looks full of lovely which is very useable to us. All in the fridge now, ready for sorting in the morning. Very pleased.

Unsure which part of the animal Pulpon de Vacio Bavelle was. Cut into thick slices and fried. Any suggestions? Tasty

Lucky Duck - not everyone gets a Pulpon in their mystery box! Happy Days! I can't imagine it will have been overly tender when cut into steaks - this cut is actually best, slow-cooked or smoked low & slow. The flavour is incredible and all it really needs is salt. In future, if you're 'stuck' with an unfamiliar cut, you can email or whatsapp us and we'd be DELIGHTED to help - we love helping out with this kind of thing :-) Thanks so much for the review, much appreciated.
