Texas BBQ legends LeRoy and Lewis recently highlighted this amazing cut as 'better than brisket'. Flatiron Topblade is smoked/cooked similarly to brisket. The rich marbling throughout this cut gives it texture characteristics of both brisket and beef cheeks. The beef flavour profile resembles a mixture of beef cheeks and brisket. Perfect for smoking low and slow!

    Very pleased with my order. I found each piece of meat was always to the higher side of the quoted weights. Standard of meat was great and jointes eaten so far have been enjoyed by all who have sampled it. Will use again
