    Combined half of the half beef chuck with a slice of shin that we also ordered to make some Birria. Finished off Birria Tacos on the Blackstone and served with consommé and the usual sides. Compliments all round, it was delicious.

    Absolutely delicious. Marinated for 24 hours then cooked on the Blackstone for breakfast with eggs and chimichurri.
