    I made the most delicious stew with the strips. It was tender, melt in the mouth stew that needed nothing other than a shake of salt. The juices made the best ever gravy, no thickening agent required. Delicious! Highly recommended 😋

    First time getting these and they're great. Dust in seasoned flour to get them a little crispy in the wok for a savage stir fry. Plenty more in the freezer too!
