Only 4 stars as I experimented with my new Ninja smoker last week with this lovely joint… and I kinda overcooked it 😭 an expensive lesson learned but my first time smoking and all was not lost, just sliced, put in 500g containers with my own cheese sauce and frozen. Can’t win every time 😁👊💪

Just had 650 g of this for my dinner tonight. Fillet is a bit of a treat really, but I can honestly say my dinner tonight was as good as I’ve ever had. Sliced myself, marinated in mustard for a couple of days and then just me, my wooden chopping board and a big sharp knife. Happy happy days 🤩 also just ordered another 2 tonight 😂😂😂
