This is my fifth order and this is just superb meat. The Flatiron was slow-cooked in a lidded pan (nothing added) and was simply delicious - Ill be ordering this cut again. The lamb I have had before, and is full of amazing flavours - also because the sheep have been coastal grazed, the meat is full of important minerals such as iodine.
