Our outstanding dry-aged, bone-in sirloin steak is a true culinary delight. Carefully selected for its rich flavour profile, each cut is aged to perfection to enhance its tenderness and depth of taste. The bone-in preparation adds an extra layer of succulence, ensuring a juicy and flavourful experience with every bite. For the best results, we recommend the reverse sear method. Wrap/cover the sirloin steak and cook on the BBQ, or oven, at 140°C until it reaches an internal temperature of 52°C. Leave to rest for 10-15 minutes before searing hot and fast.
