Aged for a minimum of 21 days, this thick-cut grass-fed Irish ribeye on the bone delivers all the tenderness, richness, and marbling you’d expect from premium Irish beef, with the added theatre of its iconic long rib bone.

Each tomahawk is a feast in itself - big enough to satisfy four lightweights or one bearded beef guzzler. When cooked right, it’s all melt-in-the-mouth succulence and intense, buttery flavour. We love it reverse-seared: gently brought up to temperature, then finished dirty over hot coals or on a cast-iron griddle, basted generously in compound butter for a golden crust and deep, smoky character.

Named for its resemblance to a tomahawk axe, this steak is about flavour and flair in equal measure - a true centrepiece for any serious carnivore.

    Unfortunately the Tomahawks were out of stock (I blame Valentines Day!) BUT Geraint rustled me up two competition steaks (one sirloin and one rib eye) and my god - I thought you couldn’t beat the sharing sirloins and I was so wrong! Both steaks were another level. The cut, the marbling, the fat, the quality, thickness and value - superb. These steaks have convinced me I never need to look elsewhere for my steaks ever again. Really looking forward to sampling some other bits asap!
