Cooked on Kamado turned out unbelievable. Aye it over 4 nights with sides or in sandwiches. Flavour and texture was amazing with just salt really for rub.

The beef liver container broke and leaked blood all over the other goods. Had to wash and dry everything well so would not freeze stuck together.
