    You will be notified when we dispatch your order and again on the morning of delivery day with a time slot. Please arrange for someone to be at your delivery address to receive your fresh delivery.

    If you require a specific delivery day please let us know by adding this request to the 'Notes/Additional Information' section at checkout and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

    Packaging
    Orders are vacuum packed for freshness. Boxes are insulated and packed with ice to maintain a safe temperature. Only our offal products are sent frozen.
