Family

Our family have been farming this land for 4 generations, farming is in our blood. We have a deep rooted love for the countryside, animals and butchery. Our passion for top quality food and traceability means we’re absolutely determined to offer the very best beef available.

Animals

Our cows have the best lives, their welfare is paramount to our business. We go WAY beyond compliance and government guidance when caring for our animals. Our beef herds are slow grown, they mature at their own natural pace and are never rushed. They drink fresh mineral water every day. When they come indoors to avoid adverse weather conditions they sleep on specially designed mattresses. Happy cows produce better beef!

Environment

Ireland (the emerald isle) is famous for lush pastures, bright green grasslands, clean air and pure mineral water. There is global recognition for our unique environment and how it produces the best grass in the world, it’s this grass that our cows eat every day.

Ethos

We embrace our strong connection with nature and the environment. Protecting our natural habitats and farming culture is of huge importance. Impeccable animal welfare is key, animal cruelty has no place in our world, animals should never suffer. We support ethical farming, social farming, farming families and local businesses. We’re helping to save our planet from rapid decay by recycling, reducing our use of plastic, using renewable energy and by focussing on the sustainable development goals of the 2030 agenda.
