The Prep
Remove from the fridge 30-60 minutes before cooking, to bring your mince to room temperature.
Remove all packaging.
Grab a beer or glass of wine.
Say “Alexa, play pop hits for cooking”.
Cooking
Preheat a heavy based frying pan large enough to hold the meat, high heat
Chuck a tablespoon of oil in the pan
Add the beef steak mince and seasoning
Spread the mince out and brown in a thin layer, break it up with a wooden spoon, it’ll take around 8 minutes per 500g
From here you’ll need to follow your own recipe for lasagne, Bolognese or whatever you feel like!
