Our giant long-bone tomahawk steaks are big enough to feed 4 lightweights or 1 bearded beef guzzler. Best cooked dirty on the BBQ using the reverse sear method (see below) or seared on a cast iron griddle and then finished in your home oven.

The tomahawk steak gets its nickname because it looks like a tomahawk axe. The meat is a thick-cut ribeye steak still attached to the rib bone. You can expect melt-in-your-mouth tenderness and an intense flavour profile.

Aged for a minimum of 21 days.

We love: Reverse-seared tomahawk steak, finished dirty over hot coals, and basted in compound butter
